Terms & Conditions

These Terms ("Terms") govern your use of the Bulk Product Editor app (the "App"). By installing or using the App in your Shopify store, you agree to these Terms.

Eligibility & account

  • You must have a Shopify store and authority to bind the merchant.
  • Access is tied to your Shopify account. You are responsible for activity under your store's access tokens.

Scope of service

  • The App provides bulk editing tools for products and variants using Shopify APIs.
  • Required scopes are limited to read_products and write_products to operate the App.
  • You are responsible for reviewing previews and results before applying edits to your catalog.

Billing

  • Charges (including trials) are managed through Shopify Billing. Fees, trial periods, and plan limits are shown in-app before acceptance.
  • Cancelling or uninstalling stops future charges from the next billing cycle.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the App to violate Shopify policies or applicable law.
  • Do not attempt to bypass rate limits or disrupt Shopify services.
  • Provide accurate information when contacting support.

Data handling

  • We process catalog data and job records to run edits. Operational logs are retained up to 90 days for troubleshooting.
  • On uninstall, access tokens are revoked immediately; residual logs are cleaned up during routine retention.

Availability & support

  • The App is provided on an "as is" basis without uptime guarantees.
  • Support is available via email; response times may vary by plan. Include your shop URL and relevant job IDs to speed up resolution.

Disclaimers & liability

  • To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages or loss of profits. Our total liability is limited to the fees paid for the current billing period.

Termination

  • You may uninstall the App at any time from your Shopify admin.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, legal compliance, or non-payment.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated in-app or by email where feasible. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
